Rude Manager News Care Tableview -Sthembile

I’m very disappointed with the service we received at News Cafe. We ordered ****tails that were extremely watery and not up to standard, so we politely raised the issue with the manage Sthembile . Instead of listening or trying to resolve the complaint, his attitude was very dismissive.

He came across as rude and unprofessional, and it felt like he didn’t want to hear our concerns at all. What disappointed us most was not even the drink itself, but the lack of basic customer care and respect when a valid complaint was raised.

Customer feedback should be taken seriously, and unfortunately, this experience left us very unhappy. I hope management addresses this because service like this ruins what should be an enjoyable outing
