complaint

I am very disappointed by the level of security provided by the staff in general. We live in a society where there's so much gender-based violence going on, yesterday 28/11/2021 I visited News Cafe in Tableview, I was threatened by a guy who kept on harassing my sister, I had addressed the issue to the waiter that was serving us at the time and I was told "he is a regular that he cannot he will not do anything to us. That made me sick to my stomach because now regulars can do whatever that they want and get away with it. I raised the matter to the bar manager. I was referred to the bouncer, who pretty much just smiled and did nothing about it. I requested to speak to the floor manager seeing that nothing was being done about my complaint and the staff wasn't confronting the guy that was harassing my sister and threatening me for chasing him away. The floor manager was very arrogant and rude. He did nothing about the matter. I was kicked out by the bouncers following the floor manager's request to take me out and he never wants to see me again. NOTHING WAS DONE TO THE GUY NONE OF THE STAFF SPOKE TO THE GUY AND ADDRESSED THE MATTER OR TELL HIM TO STOP WHAT HE WAS DOING OR KECK HIM OUT, we suggested that one of the staff walks us outside just to make sure that we were safe that was dismissed and I was told that they are working. I called the police and they came. I was still refused entry by the floor manager. I requested the footage and the manager told me that he will not give it to me. I cannot explain my level of disappointment in your stuff and lack of concern for your FEMALE consumer safety. I will be taking this matter further legally therefore I am requesting the footage.
