Poor Workmanship

i had booked my car in to have work done to replace my front and rear brakes as well as some additional work on my steering mechanism. When i collected my car and entered the main road i heard a knocking sound from the back of car. I then had a look an all my back wheel nuts were loose. absolutely disgusted by their workmanship and this oversight could have resulted in serious injuries!!!!!
