Attitude

Horrible service!

I phoned to get a service history of a vehicle i have bought. They flat out refuse to help me over the phone as i need to show them that i am truly the owner of the vehicle!

The funniest thing is that i have delt with the same dealership a few months before and the gave me a service history with no questions!

Now since i phoned back the male service advisor has a attitude with me! *** service!

I phoned a different kia dealer and the gave me the service history with no questions asked!
