Figures modelling Tableview feels like a ****

In Nov 2022 my daughter and I had a meeting with Jonathon. After she "won" free lessons until end of year ... we agreed to sign my daughter up for the modelling course. A copy of the contract was never given to us. I was clearly that the fees would be R500 per month for 12 months. I was that we could cancel giving 1 months notice. Two weeks later realised that there was too much pressure as my daughter was in matric and I sent an email to cancel the contract 19 November 2022. I did not receive any response from texts emails etc from anyone. Eventually I recieved an email to say my cancellation was recieved and I will get more emails ... that never happens. Debit orders still went out for December ...I have given them an opportunity to resolve and to date nothing. Plus they use an Aedo debit order which can be reversed. They rip people off instead of providing a service. I am very dissapointed .. this is dishonest
