Debit order disputes

In Septembet 2020 my daughter and I had a meeting with Jonathon. After much discussion we agreed to sign my daughter up for the modelling course. A copy of the contract was never given to us. I was clearly that the fees would be R500 per month for 12 months. I was that we could cancel giving 1 months notice. In October we realised that there was too much pressure as my daughter was in matric and I sent an email to cancel the contract 1 November 2020. I did not receive any response from texts emails etc from Christelle or Jonathan. I was contacted by Hestelle who said she managed the admin and would resolve. I then received a copy of the contract which did not have the amount of R6000 but an amount of R9500. Debit orders still went out for December and January I have given them an opportunity to resolve and to date nothing. Plus they use an Aedo debit order which can be reversed. They rip people off instead of providing a service.
