Worst customer service

TC is not even deserving of 1 star. Im so fed up with trying to get help from this company. On the 25th January I placed an online order. Few days later the incorrect order was delivered to my door. To date I am waiting this issue to be resolved. I haven't received my goods nor has the incorrect order being picked up. Extremely *********** on all platforms. No feedback. They just ignore you. My demand for a refund is falling on deaf ears. If you want a pleasant shopping experience with great quality items, do NOT shop at TC. One lie after another since signing up with them.
