Terrible service

This company is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. The customer service doesn't exist. The product quality is horrific. Orders have been placed but 15 days later still no delivery. They don't respond to emails. Refund has been requested but till today no response has been received. Saddest part is they call themselves a Christian based company. Highly disappointed.
