Tablecharm Neo Maisela bad customer treatment

I bought a bedding set from a lady named Neo Maisela who's the brand manager. The bedding is gray and has gold stripes. When I collected the bedding from her, she told me that customers complained about the gold on the bedding fading so she advised that I wash by hand and not use the machine. After a few months I decided to use the bedding for the first time and in just a two weeks the gold started to fade and my husband complained about waking up with glitters on his face. When I washed it by hand as advised the gold faded even more. I then inform Neo Maisela, instead she sends a voice note that claims, we customers have a tendency of not reading instructions and that this bedding of R 800,00 is only meant to be used as deco and not to sleep in. She now also claims that I am the first and the only person to complain and claims that I am lying about washing this by hand. I didn't appreciate her claims, her tone in her voice and the way she finds it easy to dismiss client complaints.
