Poor quality

I bought 2 dessert bowl, they both seperated apart when I tried to use them. It was my 1st time using them. And your consultant she wasn't helpful. She told me nothing she can do about it. It was new, never used. Poor quality. I bought them during black November and I recieved them on the 15th of December. I will never purchase your stuff because it's poor quality. Your consultant and her distributor they refused to take them
