Faulty flask from consultant with a stinky attitude

I bought a flask may 2019 from 1 of your consultant and it wasn't in good condition when I used it from day 1 it was leaking and I couldn't take it back to her cos I had a baby who was few days old.I stopped using the flask and I took it back around September with the hope that she will get someone from table charm to fix it or atleast refund me my R800.Since September 2019 till today she hasn't brought back my flask or my money when I go to find out what is keeping her so long to resolve my issue she gives me stinky attitude and the flask is still at her place to show that she's doing nothing about it
