Bad communication and quality

I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding a recent order I placed through your app.

I received the bag on April 11th, and after using it only twice, the stitches came loose and the crossbody straps broke on April 16th. During both uses, the only item in the bag was my wallet, so the damage clearly indicates a defect in the product's quality.

I have called TC Connect and sent multiple emails regarding this issue, but I have received no response. This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially given the faulty nature of the product.

I kindly request a full refund for the defective item
