Table View Trailer Hire - you will lose your deposit if you cancel

To make a booking was easy, but make 100% sure that you really want to hire a trailer from these guys, as you will not receive your booking deposit back, and if you do hire you will have to provide your own cargo straps and will need to pay an additional R2k cash deposit on the day. I paid a booking fee for a car trailer and then had to cancel the booking on the same day. The owner would not refund my booking deposit saying that their T&Cs require that I pay a cancelation fee and that I would have to find them another customer to take over my booking.
