Dear TVHS

I wish to object in the strongest terms to your attorney George Barkhuizen. It seems that Barkhuizen is resorting to lies, lying to TVHS. I requested a settlement amount from him for several weeks now, which he is refusing me. Instead he wants to ratchet up costs, and he can only do that by giving you false information. TVHS is a big Cash *** for Barkhuizen, and it seems that he will go to any lengths to milk that Cash ***. He has no interest in resolving the matter to the benefit of all concerned. He does not respond to my ***, making communication with him impossible. Instead he runs around trying to find ways to add costs to the matter by seemingly lying to TVHS.

I reach agreements with his staff which they do not honour. His staff screams at me on the phone, telling me that I can swear at them, as others have done so before. How many other people does Barkhuizen treat like that? Lots it seems. That is no way to treat people. Please find yourself a professional attorney. I laid a complaint against Barkhuizen with the Law Society and with the Legal Practice Council. Further I would like to schedule an appointment with TVHS in order to bring the matter to conclusion as your attorney is unwilling to so.
