No Assistance in Emergency!!!

On the 23rd of October our Galah Cocatoo of 8 weeks escaped from our shop in Parklands and had been hit by a vehicle at Parklands Main road traffic circle. I picked her up and realised blood flowing out of her head and her beak and she had still tried breathing on her own but the blood that was coming out of her mouth made it so difficult for her to breath. We rushed her to the (well-known) Tableview Animal Clinic at 67 Blaauberg Rd. This is where our nightmare encounter started when I entered the Clinic begging for someone to assist our Critical Injured Cocatoo. There were two ladies behind the desk and both stood up and one approached me to see what kind of animal I was holding in a ****** stained blanket. When the lady (unknown at this stage) realized that it was a critically injured cocatoo she immediately said "sorry we can't help you mam". They both showed me the door and explained to me that they can't afford to take chances helping me with our bird when there is bird flue in the air!!! They don't want to take that risk to help my bird and close their business. She then told me to go further down the road to another place called (Vet-Clin). We eventually found our way to Vet- Clin who immediately took our Cocatoo into their Emergency unit and monitored her and provided her with the necessary oxygen but things were looking critical for our little Galah Cocatoo after being shown away by Tableview Animal hospital . Vet-Clin's staff has given us such good assistance and were so generous to help our bird. Unfortunately our beautiful 8 week old Galah baby has died after her head injury and difficulty breathing because of (*********** staff) working at Tableview Animal Hospital denied helping our Cocatoo in an Emergency!!! This is the WORST EVER SERVICE! They couldn't help save a birds life, but rather claim her life because of negligence! They call themselves an Animal Hospital ?!! God doesn't sleep....
