misinformation

My cat was diagnosed with cancer. She had huge growths on her stomach and went for an operation at this animal hospital. They told us the operation was successful and that there was no sign it was in her system. That alone cost us R5000. Nevermind the anti biotics after that. They then bandaged her so tight she couldn't breathe and covered her bum so she couldn't do her business. We went back and forth with problems about 4 times. They even sent her home without a bandage on day 4 which then resulted in an infection and them having to do another round of anti biotics. During this time, a week after the op, we were told a biopsy was done on the tumors and it is in fact in jer system already and they can't help us any further. We've spent a lot of money at this point already only to be told our cat is not going to survive. She didn't recover as a month later we were told she had a bladder infection when in actual fact it was the cancer. We have now lost our cat because of misinformation in the first place. This is unacceptable. They don't seem to know what they're doing and should have done a biopsy first before the operation. On top of all of this, we got bad attitude too.
