Appalling Attitude from Receptionist!!!

I arrived with my kitten today at 14H00. The receptionist has a disgusting attitude, as I sit waiting for my kitten to be seen to, I observe her interactions with other clients entering the hospital. I can’t help but suspect ****** as her communication with the white guy after me was absolutely pleasant. She’s condescending and outright rude. This is my second and definitely my last time here.
