Table Mountain Paragliding

I booked a Paragliding excursion through Viator, with Table Mountain Paragliding. I booked for two, my son and I an it was to create a new narrative for us as on this day, we were in a horrible accident that claimed my husband's life. Due to weather we could not fly on this day. We planned for the next day, but unfortunately my son could not make the next day. Then my son realised that he is not sure whether he would stomach such an excursion. I then contacted Table Mountain paragliding who told me they will not refund me, I should get my money from Viator. Not sure how this makes sense, but I did and Viator has been ignoring my messages. They responded to my initial message and then ignored all my other requests for a response.

Here is the thing though, I work in tourism for a company who is a member of Skal and SATSA. I just wanted to do this excursion without asking for discounts and special favours. Now we know how Viator and Table Mountain Paragliding treats the public and I will have to share my experience with Skal and SATSA, for Cape Town depends on tourism. Neither companies are even offering another form of remedy. We cannot afford to have ********* affiliations with a sector that depends and honesty and provides an income to the city. Really disappointing in Viator, but even more disappointed in Table Mountain Paragliding.

They also have no real contact details. I will also publish this on Trust Pilot, because as I said before, Cape Town is dependent on tourism and ethical business.
