Refund

There is a lady by the name of Anthea Botha I logged a complaint after we use my card to purchase a ticket and swipped my card and they said the transaction didn't go through we must try another machine only to fine that both transactions went through and they charged me twice. I asked for a refund and she told me that it went once and I showed her proof and still didn't believe me. She told my details and emailef me saying the same thing. I send her an email with abd attached my statement as proof to and she is not responding I want my money nothing else. They don't care about customer service and don't take our complaints serious. I want my money please refund me.
