Cape Town Cable Car Photo *******

On 24 September as a family we went on the Cape Town Table mountain cable car ride. While in the queue they take a photo graph of you that you can choose at the end of the cable car ride. Upon returning you get offered the option of paying for the photographs. We paid and were explained we can get the digital copies on line as indicated on your hard copies. We went online during the required time period to download our digital pictures but our digital pictures were not listed online. We went online for 2 days trying to see if they are listed and could not get our pics. We contacted the support team that uploads the photos and have been promised to get it for weeks now. We emailed and liaised with George (Site Manager) from their support team that constantly promised uploading our pictures but nothing has been done to date. We requested our pictures even sent via email but was told this is not possible, we requested if we can collect in any other method but was also told this not an option. We then requested some type of refund and still no correspondence. This is a ******* and I would not recommend anyone to use it in the future.
