When Table Bay Express says that customer satisfaction is a core value of theirs,it is not just a catchy slogan. They really do deliver!

We were recently in quite a predicament: we had ordered candles for my sisters wedding from a company in another town. The candles were supposed to be delivered the day before the wedding,which was a Friday. That afternoon, when the candles had still not arrived,we enquired about it and was told that the courier company that they use were going to pick up the candles that afternoon,but that they will only be delivered on the Monday, as that was the next scheduled time for them to travel to Cape Town.

Of course that defied the whole purpose of the candles,as the wedding was on the Saturday. We asked if that courier company would be willing to bring the package to us at an extra cost on that day,but we were told no.

When we asked around someone told us about Table Way Express. We called them and they were immediately willing to help. As all their drivers and vehicles were already occupied the OWNERS got into their vehicle and made the roundtrip of almost 400 kilometres themselves!

They got back late on Friday evening and delivered the candles personally to a very relieved and elated bride!

Now thàt is what I call excellent personal customer service. They don't just say it,they really mean it.
