Tabansi, lack of assistance

I approached Tabansi via Facebook to assist with my battle with the school with regards to school fees exemption. I was advised to contact them via Whatsapp which I did and I was informed I had to pay a fee for them to assist me, which I did. This was in June, just to find that they did nothing. deeply disgusted. No replies on emails, facebook messages, whatsapp, what did I pay for???
