Tab won't pay

I app**** for a withdrawal from my account and emailed my banking details. Nothing has been done. It is not acceptable that 4 days have gone by without even an acknowledgement of my email. I have today demanded that they close my account as I don't work with incompetence. The site is not working properly either.
