Pathethic Service

I am absolutely disgusted at the admin department at gold circle greyville. Apart of no professionalism there is no customer service. They won't even try assisting a valued customer. I am a valued customer with gold circle. I am forever depositing money into my tab acc and contact them to deposit my withdrawals. Today in error id deposited a R818.00 instead og R118.00 into my tab acc. The agent Denise firstly didn't know how to go about assisting me. I explained that it was a typo error when doing my cellphone banking as my phone screen is cracked on on side. The supervisor Rene didn't seem tp to be interested at all as I could hear they conversation as Denise put me on hold over three times. I work as customer service supervisor and I know what is expected of me. I will be taking this up further. Years back I had encountered the same situation but with Hollywood's and they assisted me immediately. I will definitely close this acc and take this up furtjer.
