4 Racing Cashier's Staff No Good Dishonest
4 Racing Turfontein Race Course . This Place needs a serious make Over . I attended a Race Meeting on Sat 10 October and I was extremely disappointed in the Staff the Cashier's who actually placed my bets. This needs to stop the staff is seriously *******. I placed bets and over payed the cashier I had to make them count the money to prove I overplayed of which they knew. I then cashed out my pick 6 ticket and the cashier Guy told me the ticket is invalid. I asked him to give me my ticket back and he quickly cashed it out. He obviously knew that the ticket was a winning ticket in the hope of *****ing my winnings. The very cashier was taking money out his pocket to give me change. This is not on. I have been a punter for a very long time and I know the tricks they try to ***** money. This must be addressed as how can I bring friends to race course if they going to be conned out of there winnings. This very Bad. They are as ******* as they come. With the Summer Cup coming up there should be cameras installed like in the casinos to watch the Staff. The cashier's ate always talking to each other often eating and looking like people just hired to be there. This is very Bad not only do they place the wrong bets they don't even know how to operate the betting Machines. Does 4 Racing know how much money is lost and ****** in a Calendar year. The People who put money in to this Game should be notified about this. The Management of 4 Racing should be taken to task imidiately. South African Horse racing was never this bad. The Staff should be correctly dressed they have no idea what they are doing. When going to Turfontein Race Course be on Alert the cashier's are to be watched. This is obviously not in General for All . The Facility is falling apart it needs a serious intervention. Turfontein Racing at its Worste the staff needs to be watched and supervised .
