Over billing

In June of 2015. I signed up with Taalkor for lessons in Venda. I signed a form that said my account will be debitted for 3 months at an amount of R962.50. The first amount was taken in June the July, August, September. After September I emailed Daleen and confirm that was my last payment and she said payment hadn't gone through in June. I'm still being debited and have bank statements to prove it. She doesn't reply to my emails and I want my money back. This cannot in any shape or form be fair.
