Fly by night school- Dont trust

I registered my daughter in Taalnet Randburg They refused for me to see the inside of the school. But because I had seen the pictures on their website and their claim to be registered with SAQA I enrolled her, She then attended her first day of school and came back reporting how the school has not even one text book. It is dirty, its bare classes with nothing in them. I then called to ask for a refund, Im now being told that I must wait 31 days. I want my money back. I'm starting to wonder if this school is even legit, help
