I have used TAAG airline twice in the last year but vowed never to do it again! (EVEN though it is the "shortest distance " from Cape Town to Lisbon.)

On the 2 return flights, there was a total delay of 13 hours, a missed connection from Luanda to Lisbon on top of all the other horrible "nasties": *a rattling flight that at times sounded like it was losing some of the mechanical gear *bumpy and screeching landings *squashed seats that on occasion was not able to recline, *broken fold-out table, *torn material of the front seat pocket - so bad that my personal belongings fell through, *unappetising meals - and I am not a fussy eater, *screens, but no on-board entertainment, *a fully packed sardine tin of a flight in October 2024 from Lisbon to Luanda with only ONE functioning toilet for economy travel! That was the worst experience. That toilet was FILTHY, wet and smelly. On my request the male air host was VERY sullen that I dared ask him to please clean it up in order to be used. *Even after this clean up, the loo floor was still sticky and clammy...

Well, NEVER is a very long time, but I am totally convinced NOT to travel with this airline until I am able to read positive comments and some praise for TAAG Airlines
