Worst Airline ever!

Where do I begin? When trying to cancel a flight due to unforseen circumstances that left me without a passport they refused to help me cancel my flight to Luanda unless I fly to Luanda first. Their flights are Always delayed! I pay to get a meal on my flight and they do not even give that service!
