TAAG refund/reimbur*****t

On Friday 11th May 2024we were due to fly to South America on TAAG Airlines flightDT580. Unfortunately there was a technical problem and the flight was cancelled. This caused other expenses due to rescheduling of flights, accommodation etc. On 24th August I submitted a refund claim to TAAG. On 24th August 2024 I received an email from TAAG with the final paragraph reading " As Such, you will be paid compensation for the cancellation, which includes damages suffered and for which the passenger is requesting reimbur*****t." To date we have not received anything despite a request for an answer being sent on 29th October 2025.
