TAAG Refund Issue

My fiance and I have been waiting for a refund since March 2020 - and unfortunately we just keep getting referred to different email addresses (my fiance even went to their offices at the airport to try get a resolve).

Still no resolve and it's becoming so frustrating, beyond measure!
