TAAG not honoring their REFUNDS

I bought a ticket at the JHB airport on the 27th of November 2021,flying JHB-Luanda-Lisbon and was informed that if the flight should get cancelled the refund takes 2-3 WEEKS. The flight was cancelled on the 29th of November and I send in my refund document to Taag. They confirmed receipt and informed me that it will take 2-3 MONTHS. Their Facebook page has information on it that all refunds has been put on hold and I confirmed it with the Johannesburg branch. This is totally unacceptable and I want my refund as soon as possible. It is not ethical to keep your customers money when you cancelled the flight.
