TAAG is trash

If I could give this airline 0 stars I would as 1 star is way too generous for the absolute clownery and mediocracy I have been subjected to. They cancelled my flight without any reason, then failed to re-accommodate me for a whole month. I even just ended up booking another flight because of these people and their incompetence. I then requested a refund. I have been waiting for over 2 whole months for the refund and no one has been responding to my request or being useful in any way. This is the WORST airline ever and they have absolutely no care for customers/customer service and are completely useless. Please save your time and your money. DO NOT book through this airline unless you want to be subjected to stress and dealing with stupidity and incompetence. This is a terrible airline and I don’t know how they are even a real company. Worst experience of my entire life
