TAAG Airlines issue settled through AASA

After my previous report about the way TAAG Angola Airlines are treating their COVID policy (extending the validity of tickets bought over the period Jan-Feb 2020, just before the Corona pandemic crisis), ticket numbers not found on their system, etc ..., there was a good outcome. Tickets were re-issued, we had to pay a little extra, only after contacting the AASA (Airlines Association of South Africa). Aaron Munetsi from AASA (***) went out of their way to settle this situation.
