Taag Airlines - DO NOT USE THEM!

Just when I thought Taag Airlines could not get worse, they have. We flew to Lisbon in August 2023 via Luanda, having purchased our ticket in mid-May 2023. The flight was below average - no inflight films etc. But the worst was yet to come. We were due to fly back on Friday 1 September 2023. We were delayed at Lisbon airport's customs - almost as back as Taag - and when we arrived at the boarding gate at 22:25 for our 23:00 flight, we were refused entry. We had to purchase tickets for the following night - another R25 000! Now 9 months later, Taag Airlines have charged my credit card with another R33 000 calling it a "Second charge was for exchange done". I will not give up this fight until I have my money back!
