Rude flight attendants

The flight attendant was extremely rude and couldn’t speak a word of English. She also insisted that I put my handbag (which has a buckle so doesn’t completely close at the top) into the overhead-lockers, when it was already securely tucked away under the seat in front of me! Never has this been an issue on all the flights I have been on! Absolutely ridiculous and completely unnecessary.
