Rude Air Hostesses

My review is very long, but I flew TAAG last Thursday to Lisbon via Luanda. and on both flights I encountered very RUDE air hostesses, one went from screaming at me to turn off my phone - mind you the aircraft had not moved from the gate to the another snatching the blanket off of me when I was falling asleep before take off. Unless I missed something, how does a passenger covering themselves with a blanket (that they provide) before take off and landing affect the plane from taking off and landing? On my return flight from Lisbon to Luanda, I got really cold and wanted to request for another blanket so I pressed the service button to which no-one attended to, kept pressing it and they jus kept ignoring and turning it off. I've never in my life received such horrid service on any other international airline and I think this should be addressed. The last straw was having three different encounters with different air hostesses blatant facial irritation of having to deal with a non Portuguese speaking passenger. Just because a flight is fairly inexpensive to its competitors - doesn't their service must be bottom of the barrel too. Needless to say I will NOT be flying TAAG again and wouldn't recommend it at all.
