********** by taag in Rio.

Hi I recently flew Taag airlines, Would i recommend this airline. No. Firstly on departing South Africa, Cape town. I was told i could take my surf board provided my baggage did not exceed 23kg. On my return flight i was told despite my baggage only weighing 20kg, i need to pay an excess baggage of 200usd. I spoke to the manager on duty whom said as my surfboard was over 1.5 meters i would need to pay this or leave my board. Under duress i paid it. I have contacted taag SA whom have apologised and stated this should not have happened. So i am only to assume that i would be contacted about a refund, how ever i can not reach any one. I phoned there cape town office whom said i must call angola, i have called angola office but keep getting hung up on. What an actual joke, I hope some one can now contact me with more than just an apology.
