Rescheduling cancelled booking due to COVID under the TAAG policy

Normally I hardly complain but after reading some similar review on Angola Airlines and my recent experience with the flytaag community, I would like to report the following in order warn fellow travellers. But I still hope for a good ending. On 24 Feb 2020 we received our tickets for a trip CPT-Luanda-Lisbon, return tickets staying in Europe for three months. Then Corona came and all international flights were suspended. Our booking was cancelled and from the start no refund possible was communicated. TAAG is offering free of charge on the same booking class the validity of tickets extended to 31 August 2022. New dates were selected and communicated, previous e-tickets and passport documents submitted. Then came the message "Luanda could not retrieve the ticket number on the system". Apparently their booking system has changed the deadline for extracting such information has been changed from first end of January, till now the end of February. "Technicians informed the reservations officers that it is a very large file and it may take another 15 days to extract it." I have heard and seen lots of things happening in Africa, this is a bit outrageous. Is the TAAG Covid-19 policy a hoax? Do they still exist? Again we have patience. Still hoping for a good outcome.
