POOR SERVICE! DELAYED FLIGHTS AND MISSING LUGGAGE

This is the second year my father has travelled to Madeira Funchal using TAAG Airlines. Last year his luggage was delayed for a few days when arriving at his final destination - fortunately it was eventually found. This year, he travelled from Cape Town to Angola (Flight Delayed by more than hour) then Angola to Lisbon (Flight delayed by more than hour) and then he needed to collect his luggage and transfer into another flight and no one could find his luggage (he is part of wheel chair assist and they could not find his luggage to transfer into the next flight). He has been in Madeira Funchal since 3 September 2023 and his luggage has still not been found!
