Lost Luggage

Out of the 2 bags we checked in, and travelled with, one bag was "lost" - oncourse the one with all of our gifts and valuable items like our baby monitor - I have spend so much airtime and energy calling and emailing people to find my bag. It is now 8 months later and but I have not received anything yet - still messaging and asking - after a month or so I get a message stating TAAG will pay me back for my lost luggage....but then its another 2 months that goes on with no response
