Don't fly TAAG!

My recent experiences with TAAG Airlines from 23 - 24 November 2023 have been disappointing, marked by significant delays and a lack of communication. This is the second time I've faced a delay exceeding 5 hours in a year in Luanda with a connecting flight. The previous one was 18 hours, with ground personnel seemingly unaware of the situation. Passengers are left in the dark, unsure if or when their flight will depart. The overall efficiency of TAAG Airlines appears to be a consistent concern, impacting the travel experience negatively.
