Disappointment

Good evening.

I would like to lodge a complaint for the following flight: Lisbon,10 Nov 2018, 23:00, DT653, Economy to Luanda, 11 Nov 2018, 07:15, DT579, Economy to Cape Town.

The complaints are as follows: 1) On both flights the onboard entertainment was not working. 2) The onboard service was extremely rushed and after meals no coffee was served. 3) With no onboard entertainment it also meant that the safety briefing prior to take off was not properly given. 4) Our luggage was marked as fragile as we bought some local beer and a lamp in Morocco. On arrival to Cape Town both fragile stickers were removed from our bags and my beer was broken and the lamp dented. 5) The hand luggage restrictions are not adhered to and thus we struggled to find space in the overhead storage.
