Airline that doesn't refund

I don't even have words to express my disappointment with the serving if this airline. It's for them to collect ticket fairs but ask for refund you're send form pillar to post all year out. Refund that was due June 2023 it's still not where to be received. Airline get cancelled and we should be okay with that??? Really!! Extremely disappointing service!!
