Airline cancelled flights refuses to refund

Our flights were cancelled in January 2020. Mr Joa**** Jungo of TAAG was appointed to start the refund procedure. To date, Mr Jungo has done nothing to process the refund. Calls are ignored. Emails are ignored.

Don't buy tickets on this airline. They cancel flights randomly (without reason) and fail to refund you or change the booking.
