Absolutely appalled by TAAG Airlines.

Absolutely appalled by TAAG Airlines. Our flight was cancelled, and we were strung along at the airport for two days with no proper communication or solution. As a result, we lost non-refundable connecting flights to Spain, hotel bookings, and car hire reservations.

They only refunded the base ticket — not even the travel agent fees — and we were forced to buy last-minute tickets on another airline at a massive cost.

To top it off, they had the audacity to offer us $71 per person in vouchers — to be used with them!

Do they care? NO! Will I ever use TAAG again? Absolutely not. A masterclass in how NOT to treat passengers. Shocking.
