Empty Promises

<p>I had very bad experience working with this company, I wouldn't advise any person in my circle to work with them. I requested them to make patterns for me and i was told i would get them in 2 days, that was 2 months ago. I kept on calling sending sms's doing follow up's and the guy that was in-charge of my order will be like "the mechine is broken, they will fix it at 3pm" and "your patterns are in the car and im out of town" the other excuse was, "i'm in a meeting ill call you later" the best one was "please wait for me by the garage ill be there just after 5:30" so i ended up harrasing him then he sent me an sms and said "sorry i failed to deliver, if your customers can't wait any longer I will refund you" i then agreed to the refund and i waited till today. so if you have patience like the amount size of the sea, please use The T-shirt Warehouse in Silverton. tadaa</p>
