I found these guys in scottburgh. Walked in their door to help me with a road claim and immediately was insulted after explaining the situation. I then asked for copies of what I had signed and two weeks after requesting I went back to be told it will be done in their own time. I then asked for acopies confirmation letter stating I have cancelled claim through them... well its three weeks from that to find their doors closed for Christmas. I highly recommend you using somebody else. These guys are actually ****** and carless. Dont waste your time asking for help at their doors. Absolutely disgusting.
