Theft of TV

I contacted Allan from T and P electronics to repair my TV. He sent a ‘technician’ by the name of Michael to repair the TV. When Michael arrives, he says he is not able to fix the TV at my premises and needs to take it to repair it, and will bring it back the next day. This was on 26 Jan. Then there’s no communication and I tried calling and messaging. First he kept on promising to deliver the TV, and then he put his phone off. They are a syndicate that *****s TV’s.
