Poor Management

The store did not have my sizes, I ordered them a week ago and have had no feedback. I was told they would be ready on Wednesday, instead of the store calling me and informing me of the progress I had to call them. The gentleman had no idea of my order or way of finding out what it was and said he would get back to me. On Thursday I was forced to call again, as no one bothered to give me feedback. He again told me he would contact the assistant I dealt with and I could expect feedback. I have still had no feedback and I am going to be forced to call the store again to query my order.<br> <br> This is extremely poor service and I am disappointed with the level of organization in this store.
